Kyle — you already know what this is. You agreed to be the first external pilot for Pilot, and now we're ready to actually do it.
This page walks you through exactly what Pilot does, how confident we are in each feature, and what your 30-day pilot looks like. No pitch deck. No BS. You've been friends with Jasson for 10 years — this is just the actual info you need to get started.
We're being straight with you on confidence levels. Some features are rock solid. Some are still being dialed in. You'll know exactly which is which.
01
What Is Pilot?
Pilot is a personal AI assistant that runs entirely over text message. No app to download. No account to create. No login. You get a phone number, you save it as Pilot, and you just text it.
Pilot is built specifically for your life as a loan officer. It knows mortgage guidelines, tracks your reminders, writes your social posts, and sends you a morning briefing before you open Encompass. Think of it as having a sharp assistant in your phone who already knows what you do for a living.
It responds in seconds. Works at 6 AM or 11 PM. Remembers everything you've told it.

What Pilot Does For You
-
Guideline Q&A with Citations
FHA DTI, VA funding fees, conforming limits, credit minimums — instant answers mid-call, with the source cited so you can trust it.
-
Morning Briefing — 7:00 AM
Rates vs. yesterday. Today's closings. Pipeline flags. One priority action. Five lines, every morning, before you open anything.
-
Task & Reminder Management
"Remind me to call the Smiths Thursday at 9." Done. Fires at exactly the time you set. Running to-do list via text.
-
Script Sparring Partner
Practice your rate lock conversation, your objection handlers, your realtor pitch. Pilot plays the other side. You sharpen the script.
-
Social Media Ghostwriter
Tell Pilot the idea. It writes the post — optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, or Facebook. You copy, paste, done. No app access required.
-
Referral Partner Wingman
Prep for a realtor meeting. Talking points for a specific agent. What to say when an agent asks about your pull-through rate. Pilot has your back.
-
Rate Lock Coach
Help you decide when to float vs. lock based on current MBS movement. Not a guarantee — context to make a faster decision.
-
Closing Day Commander
Morning-of summary for each scheduled closing — what's cleared, what's pending, what needs your attention before the table.
-
Review Harvester
Pilot drafts a personalized review request for a recent client — you approve, it sends. More 5-stars with less effort.
-
Birthday & Anniversary Bomber
Pilot tracks client milestones and drafts a personal note for each one. Still refining timing and tone — feedback from you makes it better.
-
Direct Social Media Posting
Optional. Pilot posts directly to your platforms — you approve before anything goes live. Beta feature, Kyle chooses if he wants this on.
-
Voice (Beta)
Call Pilot instead of texting. Same assistant, same context, over voice. Early stage — good for quick questions, not full conversations yet.
03
Social Media Management
There are two ways Pilot handles social media. Copy/paste is the default — and it's already great.
You tell Pilot what you want to post about — a rate drop, a client win, a market take, anything. Pilot writes platform-optimized copy for whichever platform you're targeting. You copy it, paste it, post it yourself. Clean. Zero friction.
The optional direct posting beta lets Pilot post on your behalf after you approve. You're always in control — nothing goes live without a thumbs-up from you. This is a beta feature. If you want it, we turn it on. If you'd rather stay copy/paste, you stay copy/paste. Your call.
LinkedIn
Professional tone. Market updates, milestones, referral partner shoutouts. Built to get agent attention.
Instagram
Lifestyle + wins. Caption-first, hashtag-ready. Works with Reels or static posts.
X (Twitter)
Short punches. Rate takes, quick tips, market reactions. Written to land in under 280 characters.
TikTok & Facebook
TikTok gets hook-first scripts for talking-head videos. Facebook gets longer community-oriented posts.

Your Dashboard
ainflgm.com/freeagent Coming Soon
Your personal Pilot dashboard is being built at ainflgm.com/freeagent. This is where everything lives in one place — your active reminders, today's briefing, conversation history, and feature status.
You won't need it to use Pilot — everything works over text. The dashboard is just a clean view when you want it. We'll have it live for you shortly after the pilot kicks off.
05
How It Works
- You get a dedicated phone number. We'll text you from it to introduce Pilot. Save it as "Pilot" in your contacts.
- Text like you would anyone else. Ask a question, set a reminder, ask for today's rates. Plain English. No commands, no syntax.
- Pilot responds in seconds. Short, direct answers. No corporate speak. It knows you're a producing branch manager who's in between calls.
- Pilot remembers your context. Your team names, your preferences, your open reminders — Pilot carries it across every conversation.
- 7:00 AM — morning briefing arrives. Before you've opened anything, Pilot has already done the morning homework. You just read it and move.

What the Pilot Looks Like Free
| What |
Details |
| Duration |
30 days of live use |
| Cost to you |
Zero. You're the pilot. |
| What we ask |
Use it naturally — text Pilot whenever you'd normally Google something or check a guideline. At the end of each week, give us honest feedback: what's useful, what's not, what's missing. |
| Iteration cadence |
We update Pilot weekly based on what you actually use. If you never touch a feature, we cut it. If you want something Pilot doesn't do yet, we build it. |
| Your privacy |
Pilot does not store SSNs, loan file data, or borrower financials. Reminders and conversation context only. No loan files, no sensitive data. |
| Commitment level |
None. If it's not useful by week 2, you tell Jasson and we pause. No awkwardness. |
07
What Pilot Is NOT
- Not a replacement for Encompass or your CRM. Pilot is a layer on top of your existing tools, not a substitute for them.
- Not handling sensitive borrower data. No SSNs, no loan files, no financials. Pilot knows names and reminder context — that's it.
- Not making decisions for you. Pilot surfaces information and answers faster. The judgment calls are still yours.
- Not an AI that hallucinates guidelines. Mortgage guideline lookups are pulled from a verified reference table — not made up. If Pilot isn't sure, it says so.
- Not something that will spam you. Pilot texts you once in the morning and then waits for you to reach out. No check-ins, no "how's your day going."

Write me a LinkedIn post about rates dropping today and why now is a good time to buy
Pilot
Rates dropped 12.5bps today. Here's a LinkedIn post:
Rates moved today — and not in the direction most people expected. If you've been sitting on the fence, this week deserves a second look.
The payment difference on a $400k home is real. The window may not be.

Morning Briefing
Pilot
Morning. 30yr conventional at 6.875% — down 12.5bps from yesterday. FHA 30yr at 6.5%. MBS holding steady. Martinez closing at 2pm, all conditions cleared. One thing: Hailey flagged the Williams file — appraisal came in low, needs your call before noon.

Kyle
Help me practice the rate lock conversation. You be the client. They're nervous about locking.
Pilot
Got it. I'm your client. Here goes:
"I don't know, Kyle. What if rates keep dropping after we lock? I feel like I'm leaving money on the table..."

Getting Started
Here's what happens next:
We'll text you from a new number — save it as Pilot in your contacts. That's the only setup required.
Your first morning briefing arrives at 7:00 AM on day one. Text Pilot anything, anytime — it's always on.
At the end of week one, Jasson will check in: what did you actually use, what's missing, what do you want more of. We iterate from there.
Any questions before we kick it off — just text Jasson. Either way works.
